What ever your event or reason to celebrate the Princess Katherine is the perfect venue.  Your trip can be tailor made to you depending on your occasion. We have the largest and best Manchester party boat.

The Princess Katherine is berthed at the exciting Media City development which is quickly becoming one of Manchester’s must visit destinations with first class restaurants and renowned attractions.

We run the length of the river Irwell and Manchester Ship Canal from Spinningfields in the city centre up to Mode Wheel Locks with the option to continue further along the entire 34 miles of the canal*.

The boat seats 50 inside and has 40 seats outside, capacity is 90+ depending on what type of event you are planning. The Princess Katherine is available for private hire on an hourly basis at a rate of £230.

Catering

Manchester River Cruises works with Le Mange Tout who can provide a full catering service to match the needs of any event.  Click here for more information on the menus and pricing.

You are welcome to provide you’re own catering for your event, all drinks should be purchased through the Princess Katherine’s fully licenced on-board bar.

Entertainment

We have all hosts of events on the Princess Katherine from brass bands to soul divas, you can bring your own or get the party started with services of Unit One, our first choice for onboard entertainment.

Alternatively we are equipped with a PA system that plugs straight into your ipod.

Boarding and departure

We have two main points we use for boarding, Salford Quays and Ralli Quay opposite Spinningfields in the city centre. You can choose to be picked up at either spot and you are welcome to have your event start at one and finish at another.
